By downloading, registering for, or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT We collect the following categories of data:

  • Account Information: Name, email address, and company details if applicable.

  • Property Data: Property addresses entered by users.

  • Media Uploads: Photos, videos, and notes related to property inspections.

  • Metadata: Timestamps, submission logs, and usage activity.

  • Billing Information: Payment data provided when submitting a report (collected and processed by a third-party payment processor).

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION We use the data we collect to:

  • Create and manage user accounts.

  • Generate and deliver the Imperial Comprehensive Report.

  • Communicate with users via email.

  • Improve platform performance, reliability, and functionality.

  • Train and enhance internal AI systems.

  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. DATA RETENTION

We retain all submitted data for up to ten (10) years from the date of submission, or until the termination of the associated contract, whichever comes first. After this period, data will be permanently deleted.

4. AI MODEL TRAINING

We use collected data internally to improve the performance of our platform and AI systems. This data is never sold, externally shared, or used for marketing purposes.

5. USER RIGHTS

You may request:

  • Correction of inaccurate data;

If you are accessing the App from outside the United States, you acknowledge that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
