How to Delete Your Account
Before You Begin
Warning: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data including properties, rooms, media, and reports will be permanently removed.
Steps to Delete Your Account:
1. Open the Property Toolbox App
- Launch the app on your mobile device
- Make sure you're logged in to the account you want to delete
2. Navigate to Settings
- From the main properties list, tap the settings icon in the top right corner
- Or use the menu to go to Settings
3. Find Account Management
- Scroll down to the "Account" or "Account Management" section
- Look for the "Delete Account" option (usually in red text)
4. Confirm Your Decision
- Tap on "Delete Account"
- You'll see a warning dialog explaining that this action is permanent
- Read the warning carefully
5. Final Confirmation
- If you're sure, tap "Delete" or "Confirm Delete"
- You may be asked to enter your password for security
6. Account Deletion Complete
- Your account will be immediately deleted
- You'll be automatically logged out and returned to the login screen
- You'll receive a confirmation that your account has been deleted
What Happens After Deletion:
- All your properties, rooms, and media files are permanently removed
- Any generated reports are deleted
- Your login credentials will no longer work
- You cannot recover any of your data
Need to Create a New Account?
If you change your mind later, you can always create a new account using the "Sign Up" option on the login screen. However, your previous data
cannot be restored.
