Property Toolbox Terms of Service

Welcome to Property Toolbox, operated by Buyers Toolbox, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile application ("App") and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of our Services, you must create an account. When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information and keep this information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Use of Services

The Services are intended for use by real estate professionals and buyers of listed real estate. Users are expected to use the App with the same integrity and honesty as they would in normal real estate dealings and transactions.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

The App requires a subscription of $6.99 per month per user. Subscriptions will renew automatically on the anniversary of your initial subscription date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Services until the end of your current billing period.

6. Data Privacy

All data collected through the Services is held by the Company and is not shared with any third parties. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at any time, without notice or liability, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by email or through the App. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
