Turbo Arena is a car soccer game by Creative App Solutions, LLC. An account is only needed to play online. You can delete it in the app at any time, or, if you no longer have the app, ask us to delete it by email without reinstalling anything.
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Your account, its display name and its sign-in are removed straight away. Offline play is not affected.
No app? Ask us by email.
Delete Your Account in the App
1 Open Turbo Arena
- Open the game on your phone and make sure you are connected to the internet.
- If you are not signed in on this phone, sign in first: tap the round player button at the top right of the home screen, then ACCOUNT, and sign in with the same Apple or Google account you used before (if the app asks, tap I AGREE first).
2 Open Your Account Page
- On the home screen, tap the round player button at the top right (it shows your level), then ACCOUNT.
- While you are signed in, your account's buttons are there: CHANGE NAME, SIGN OUT and DELETE ACCOUNT (or I AGREE, SIGN OUT and DELETE ACCOUNT if the app first asks you to agree to the terms).
- If your account is suspended, you see only SIGN OUT and DELETE ACCOUNT, under a line saying until when it is suspended.
3 Tap DELETE ACCOUNT
- The game asks: "Delete your account for good? Its name and sign-in go with it. Offline play stays."
- Tap DELETE FOR GOOD to go ahead, or KEEP ACCOUNT to stop.
4 Confirm It Is You (Sign in with Apple)
- If your account uses Sign in with Apple, Sign in with Apple appears once more on iPhone so Apple can confirm it is you. If you close it, nothing is deleted.
- Otherwise there is no extra step.
5 Account Deleted
- The game says "Your account is deleted." and you are signed out.
- You can keep playing offline straight away.
What Is Deleted
The moment you confirm, our account server deletes:
- Your account ID and its links to your Apple and Google accounts.
- Your display name, which becomes free for other players to use.
- Your sign-in sessions. Any other device signed in to the account is signed out.
- Your friends, friend requests and blocks, and the reports you made.
- Your age band, your FIND ME BY NAME setting, your acceptance of the Terms of Service, your level and when you were last online.
The app also removes the sign-in it saved on your phone.
What Stays
- Your car's look, your progress (XP, level, unlocked items and achievements) and your settings stay on your phone until you remove the app.
- Packs you bought in the STORE stay with your Apple Account, and RESTORE PURCHASES brings them back.
- Reports other players made about you stay, but without your name or their note: only your deleted account's old ID, the reason and the date remain.
- Our server logs can still mention your account ID and display name until they are deleted automatically, 30 days after they were written, or sooner when the log reaches its size limit.
- A backup of our records made before you deleted your account can still hold it until we delete that backup. We keep few backups and delete old ones.
- Your answer to the age question stays on your phone (on iPhone also in its Keychain, where it stays after you remove the app).
- If your account was suspended when you deleted it, a one-way hash of your Apple or Google sign-in stays, with your old account ID and the date the suspension ends, so that sign-in cannot make a new account until then.
Sign in with Apple and Google
Apple: when you delete an account that uses Sign in with Apple, we use Apple's REST API to revoke Turbo Arena's access to your Apple Account. Turbo Arena then leaves the list of apps that use Sign in with Apple, which you can see on iPhone in Settings > [your name] > Sign-In & Security > Sign in with Apple, or on the web at account.apple.com > Sign-In & Security > Sign in with Apple. If Turbo Arena is still listed there, you can remove it yourself.
Google: we keep no Google token, so there is nothing for us to revoke with Google. The app clears its saved Google sign-in on your phone. You can also remove Turbo Arena from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/linkedapps (Sign in with Google > Turbo Arena > See details > Stop using Sign in with Google). That on its own does not delete your Turbo Arena account.
If you sign in again later, you start a brand new account. A deleted account cannot be restored, though you can pick your old name again if nobody else has taken it.
Ask Us to Delete Your Account
If you no longer have the app, or cannot use it, you do not need to reinstall it. Email abraham@casolutions.app with:
- Your display name in the game.
- Your platform (iPhone or Android), and whether you signed in with Apple, Google or both.
- Roughly when you started playing online, and when you last played online.
Our account records hold no email address, so we cannot look you up by email. Instead we check the details you send against the account's records before we delete it. If they do not match, we will write back to you before deleting anything. We use your email only to handle your request.
Once we have confirmed the account is yours, we delete everything listed under What Is Deleted and email you when it is done. We complete deletion requests within 30 days. Revoking Sign in with Apple needs the app, so after an email request you can remove Turbo Arena yourself: for Sign in with Apple, on iPhone in Settings > [your name] > Sign-In & Security > Sign in with Apple; for Sign in with Google, at myaccount.google.com/linkedapps.
Removing the app from your phone does not delete your account.
